FAQ

What is a draw?

A single POST /v1/entropy API call. Each draw counts as one unit against your monthly included volume. Overage is billed per draw above your plan limit.

What happens if I exceed my included draws?

Paid tiers continue to serve requests and bill overage at the published per-draw rate. Public tier hard-stops at 100 draws/month.

How does fallback pricing work?

When the hardware entropy reservoir is depleted, the API falls back to CSPRNG. Fallback draws are billed at 25% of the standard overage rate. The response includes a source_class field so you can distinguish hardware vs. fallback usage.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Yes. Tier changes take effect immediately. You keep your existing API key; the new tier's rate limits and quota apply on the next request.

Do you offer annual billing?

Annual contracts are available on Verified, Verified+, and Enterprise tiers with a 15% discount. Contact info@ for a custom quote.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards via Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay via wire transfer with net-30 terms.
